Are your homes pet friendly?

Yes, all of our properties are pet friendly! We do not have breed restrictions, however, all pets must be fully contained at all times and not be a nuisance to neighbors. A pet deposit will be required with your lease.

What is a typical lease length?

Typically, leases are a minimum of 12 months, but can be longer. For a lease under 12 months, it must be approved by management and allowable in the subdivision of that particular property.

Do I need renters insurance?

How do I submit maintenance requests?

All maintenance requests and communications will go through Cornerstone Property Management.
